  Terms and Conditions  
  Eastex These are the terms and conditions that apply to orders placed on the www.eastex.co.uk website and your acceptance of these is given when you place an order. These terms and conditions may change in future, and any changes made will apply to all orders placed after publication of the changes on this website. We will do our best to satisfy your order but we will not be liable for the consequences of events that are outside our control, such as strikes or natural disasters.
Promotions
Only one promotional discount code can be used per order.
Privacy
We will ensure that your confidential information is kept safely. We may pass your personal data to other companies to support our business operations or for legal or audit purposes only. Your contact details, including email address, will not be shared, sold, or rented for any other purpose without specific prior permission from you.
Ordering
Your order will be deemed to be accepted by us when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to acceptance by us. All orders are subject to product availability. All prices include VAT but are subject to a delivery charge.
Delivery
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

For UK Mainland addresses we offer two services:

Standard delivery: Please allow up 5 working days for delivery. The postage & packing charge for this service is £3.95.

Express Next day delivery for orders placed before 12pm Mon - Fri. Please note: orders placed after 12pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Express delivery is only available to UK Mainland addresses (excluding the 'out of area' postcodes). The postage & packing charge for this service is £7.95

For all other UK and Eire addresses we offer a Standard Delivery service. The postage & packing charge for this service is £3.95, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

We currently accept orders for delivery to the United Kingdom and Ireland only.

Returns & Exchanges
You can, at any time, within 14 days of receiving your order, return all or part of your order to us. The garments to be returned must be unworn and in an 'as new' condition. We are unable to accept items where there is evidence that garments have been worn or damaged. Please note that under no circumstances may garments be returned for refund or exchange to any Eastex retail outlet.

Returns by post
Parcel up your return carefully to protect the contents. Complete and enclose the 'returns slip' that was included with your original order. This is important: if you do not enclose the returns slip we will not be able to process a refund or exchange as we will not be able to identify you.

Please obtain a 'proof of posting' receipt from the Post Office. You should keep your 'proof of posting' receipt in a safe place as we will not be responsible for returned items that are lost in the post unless you have this.

On receipt of the returned item(s) we will either exchange (if you have requested an exchange, and we have the appropriate item in stock) or refund the purchase price to the payment card used to pay for the original order. Your original postage costs will only be refunded if the return is due to faulty merchandise and you do not want an exchange.

This returns procedure is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect your right to cancel the contract within 7 days under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish, you may notify us by email to help@eastex.co.uk advising that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the Goods). You must then return the goods to us along with a completed returns slip, as described above.
